Write to hello@mapcase.app and we will answer within two working days. Please mention your phone model and, for purchase questions, whether you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play.

Subscriptions

• Cancel: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Mapcase. On Android, Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Mapcase. Access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
• Free trial: the yearly plan starts with 7 free days. Cancel before day 7 and you are not charged.
• Refunds: Apple and Google handle refunds. On iPhone use reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android use the Google Play order page.
• New phone: open Settings in Mapcase and tap "Restore purchases" while signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account.

Your progress

Mapcase saves your progress to an anonymous account. To keep it when you change phones, link Sign in with Apple or Google in Profile before you switch.

Episodes and sound

• Episodes keep playing with the screen off. If the sound stops, check that the phone is not in low-power mode and that Mapcase is allowed to play in the background.
• Download episodes on Wi-Fi from the episode page to listen without a connection.

Delete your data

Email hello@mapcase.app from the address you signed in with and we delete your account and its data within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Tell us the episode, the minute and the source you have. We check every report and correct the episode when we are wrong.
